拍攝時間跨越兩年的「Ode to Nature」系列，是攝影師謝健華針孔攝影的三部曲終結篇。謝健華謂：「郊區的素雅簡樸及生機處處，動人吸引，叫我嚮往並得前往探究。」他帶著針孔照相機到西貢、元朗、石崗、天水圍及飛鵝山等滿佈發展痕跡的香港郊區，以映像探討日漸都市化的城郊邊緣。一幅幅深具氛圍的作品散發出建築與地景構成的湛然寧謐，或岑寂悄愴。攝影師期望透過這22幀全新作品，引領城市人反思城市發展的步伐。
Considered to be the epilogue of Galen Tse’s ‘Pinhole Photography Trilogy’, “Ode to Nature” consists of a series of photographs made during a two-year period and is, according to the artist, "A feeling of the simplicity and vitality of the countryside, that I feel attracted and invited to investigate.” The photographs are set in places such as Sai Kung, Yuen Long, Shek Kong, Tin Shui Wai and Kowloon Peak, examining the gradual urbanisation along the border of our city. The relations between architecture and landscape are all revealed in the calm and contemplative atmosphere of his poetic photographs. Displaying these 22 photo works, Galen aims to provoke the city dwellers to think about the development pace of the city.
